Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR SERVICE APPOINTMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Wilbur’s 2026 Yard Sign Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wilbur Corporation d/b/a Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing (“Sponsor” or “Wilbur’s”), 2551 Balco Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35210.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Facebook, Instagram, ServiceTitan, or any other third-party platform used to promote or administer the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Alabama who:

    • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

    • Reside at an eligible residential address within Wilbur’s service area;

    • Have permission to display an official Wilbur’s yard sign at that address; and

    • Meet all requirements described in these Official Rules.

Employees of Wilbur’s, its affiliated companies, advertising or promotion partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of each, regardless of where they reside.

Limit one participating entrant and one set of entries per household. Sponsor will determine eligibility and service-area coverage in its reasonable discretion.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes campaign begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on August 10, 2026, and concludes after the final drawings on September 25, 2026.

All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 24, 2026.

Sponsor’s computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

No purchase or service appointment is required.

To enter, an eligible participant must complete the official 2026 Signup Form and display an official Wilbur’s yard sign at the residential address provided on the form.

Participants may obtain a sign during an eligible Wilbur’s service visit or request a sign through the Signup Form. Requesting or receiving a sign is free. If a participant requests a sign that has not yet been delivered or displayed, the initial entry will not become eligible until Sponsor confirms that the sign has been placed at the registered address.

The sign must remain upright, reasonably maintained, and visible from a public roadway. Participants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, ordinances, lease requirements, and homeowners’ association rules.

5. How Entries Are Earned

Eligible households may earn entries as follows:

Initial Signup Entry

One entry is awarded after the participant completes the 2026 Signup Form and an official Wilbur’s yard sign is displayed at the registered residence.

The initial entry will be included in the weekly drawing for the weekly entry period in which it becomes eligible and in the Grand Prize drawing.

Weekly Check-In Entry

One entry may be earned during each weekly entry period by completing the official Weekly Check-In Form and confirming that the registered Wilbur’s sign remains displayed.

Each valid check-in entry will be included in that week’s drawing and in the Grand Prize drawing.

Optional Photo Bonus Entry

One additional bonus entry may be earned during each weekly entry period by uploading a current photo showing the Wilbur’s sign displayed at the registered residence.

Uploading a photo is optional. A participant can earn the regular weekly check-in entry without uploading a photo.

Each valid photo bonus entry will be included in that week’s drawing and in the Grand Prize drawing.

Entry Limits

Each household may receive:

    • One initial signup entry during the entire Sweepstakes;

    • One weekly check-in entry per weekly entry period; and

    • One photo bonus entry per weekly entry period.

Duplicate submissions do not create additional entries. Sponsor may consolidate or remove entries associated with the same household, address, telephone number, email address, or sign.

An eligible household participating throughout the entire Sweepstakes may earn a maximum of 15 Grand Prize entries: one initial signup entry, seven weekly check-in entries, and seven optional photo bonus entries.

6. Weekly Entry Periods and Drawings

Entries for each weekly drawing must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the Thursday immediately preceding that drawing.

One potential weekly winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable weekly entry period.

A household may win only one weekly prize during the Sweepstakes. After a household wins a weekly prize, that household will be excluded from subsequent weekly prize drawings but may continue earning entries toward the Grand Prize.

Weekly winners remain eligible to win the Grand Prize.

7. Grand Prize Drawing

On or about September 25, 2026, one potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries accumulated throughout the Sweepstakes.

The drawing will be conducted using Sponsor’s documented random-selection process. Sponsor may have an additional employee or representative verify the drawing and the selected entrant’s eligibility before the winner is announced.

8. Prizes

Weekly Prizes

Seven weekly prizes will be awarded. Each weekly prize consists of $150 in cash.

Approximate retail value of each weekly prize: $150.

Total approximate retail value of all weekly prizes: $1,050.

Grand Prize

One Grand Prize of $1,000 in Wilbur Bucks will be awarded.

Wilbur Bucks are redeemable toward eligible air conditioning, heating, or plumbing services provided by Wilbur’s. Wilbur Bucks are not redeemable for cash and may not be sold or transferred.

Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $1,000.

Total Prize Value

The total approximate retail value of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $2,050.

Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and for providing any tax or identification documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

9. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries accumulated throughout the Sweepstakes.

A purchase, service appointment, or amount spent with Wilbur’s will not affect the odds of winning.

10. Winner Verification and Notification

Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may verify that the registered yard sign remains properly displayed before awarding a prize. Sponsor may request a current photograph or conduct a reasonable visual verification of the sign from a public roadway.

Potential winners will be contacted using the telephone number, text-message number, or email address provided during signup. A potential winner must respond and claim the prize within five business days after Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

If a potential winner:

    • Cannot be contacted;

    • Does not respond within five business days;

    • Is found to be ineligible;

    • Has removed or improperly displayed the sign;

    • Provides inaccurate or incomplete information; or

    • Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

A participant is not a winner unless and until Sponsor has verified eligibility and confirmed the award.

11. Sweepstakes Text Messages

Participants may receive administrative messages relating to the Sweepstakes, including signup confirmation, weekly check-in reminders, entry-status communications, and winner notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance.

Stopping text messages will not cancel an otherwise valid Sweepstakes entry or reduce a participant’s chances of winning. Participants who stop receiving reminders remain responsible for completing the Weekly Check-In Form before each deadline if they wish to earn additional entries.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages from Wilbur’s is optional, is handled through a separate consent, and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes or purchase any goods or services.

12. Submitted Photos

A participant who uploads a photograph represents that:

    • The participant took the photograph or has permission from the photographer to submit it;

    • The photograph does not infringe another person’s rights;

    • The participant has permission from any recognizable person shown in the photograph; and

    • The photograph does not contain unlawful, dangerous, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

By submitting a photograph, the participant grants Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce, display, publish, and use the photograph in connection with administering, announcing, and promoting the Sweepstakes and Wilbur’s.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a participant’s exact street address, telephone number, or email address as part of a photo publication.

13. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines:

    • Violates these Official Rules;

    • Contains false, incomplete, or misleading information;

    • Was generated through fraud, automation, manipulation, or abuse;

    • Attempts to create multiple entries beyond the stated limits;

    • Interferes with the administration of the Sweepstakes;

    • Tampers with an entry form, drawing process, or Sponsor system; or

    • Engages in threatening, abusive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Sponsor’s eligibility and administration decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

14. Technical Problems and Modification

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable submissions or for telephone, internet, software, hardware, messaging, carrier, or form-service failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

If fraud, technical failure, severe weather, natural disaster, government action, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the fairness or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may award the remaining prizes through random drawings from eligible entries received before the termination, when reasonably possible.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion partners, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be waived or to claims arising from a released party’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

16. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, photograph, voice, and prize information for reasonable Sweepstakes announcements and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner’s exact street address, telephone number, or email address.

17. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, communicate with participants, deliver signs and prizes, and maintain required records.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Wilbur’s Privacy Policy. Participant information will not be used for promotional text messages unless the participant separately provides the required marketing consent.

18. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes must be brought individually in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Alabama, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

19. Winners List

After the Sweepstakes concludes and all winners have been verified, a winners list may be requested by contacting Sponsor at the telephone number below or by sending a written request to:
