First time customer this past week and will definitely be using their plumbing services from now on. Everyone we delt with was super nice and helpful. I called Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Wednesday morning. We have been having issues with our hot water not staying hot. Matt was able to come out the next morning to look everything over. He did not want to replace something without knowing for sure what the problem was so he instructed my boyfriend what to look for while someone is running the hot water. Once we did that we called Thursday and was able to get Matt back out Friday morning to replace the part that needed to be. I love their efficiency and their care to not charge their customers for unnecessary repairs.

We have used Wilbur’s on several occasions over the years for HVAC and plumbing. Each employee has been courteous, thorough and honest. On more than one occasion, they have saved us a considerable amount of $ when other companies came in with outrageous service options and prices. We used them again today (on a weekend) to get our heat back up and running. We appreciate how the technicians look at the options as if it was their homes. They don’t immediately tell you that you need to replace your unit when there are other options. We appreciate their customer service and quality.

Just had Wilburs come out to check out a leak from our washing machine in our new house (moved in Sat.). The Home Warranty company couldn't come out until this coming Saturday and the visit fee would be more than Wiburs charged to come and fix my issue. Very friendly and professional. On time and did a great job. I will definitely use again. Thank you!

Thank you! Thank you!! THANK YOU!!! Thank you so very much to Wilbur for speaking with me as I was panicked when I was told we needed $10,000.00+ to replace our unit. After calling several our companies, I called Wilbur's. I explained my situation, inquired about their service charge-which Wilbur waived and set up an appointment for a service tech to come out. Jonathan arrived the next day, thoroughly checked the unit & determined we needed a motor which was less than $1,000.00, much less than the $10,000.00 were previously told was needed. Needless to say, Jonathan arrived the next day and replaced the blown motor. We have been enjoying the cool air since. Thanks Wilbur & Jonathan!!!

Terry H. came today to do the Spring service on our AC system. He was prompt as usual, and is always polite, thorough, clean and helpful. He explained all the service he performed today, and told me about a special where I could pay for Spring and Fall service today and save $ 15. I was very pleased with the service, and I always call Wilbur's.

Matt was our technician. We had an issue with one of the valves on our water heater. Matt came out right away, even though it was a Sunday. The service we received was prompt, professional and friendly. He did a great job. We'll definitely stick with Wilbur's if we have any plumbing needs in the future.

I had the best experience with a tech named Dylan. Right out of the gate he was respectful and professional. I had a heating issue and he went above and beyond what I would have expected to try and fix the situation. He handled the heating issue, spoke honestly, and if my heater ever has issues or my plumbing has more issues I am going to call Wilbur's. I'll be a life customer because of this experience.

Today I had an issue with my hot water tank and within an hour these guys had someone at my house. The tech was courteous and knowledgeable and in and out. I would recommend Wilbur’s to anyone in the surrounding areas.

The guys showed up when they were supposed to. I was not able to be home when they first arrived, so I told them where my spare key was. They let themselves in and got started. The job was done quickly and at a reasonable price which was quoted to me beforehand. I would definitely use them again.

This company was accommodating right from the start. My phone call was answered promptly each time with an update and they had nice customer service. They came out same day. Matt was our technician and he was very nice and pleasant to work with. He took the time to answer my questions (a whole bunch) about how the system works. I am from south Florida so working with gas is not something I know about. He let me know all the things I need to know in case of emergency and what signs to look for when we need to call someone for inspection. He was knowledgeable and made the experience super easy. Thank you so much for all your help.
